JUNE - JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

PEAK SEASON 2012 - 2013:

- We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
- All deposits are non refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival and only if the house has been re-let.
- Bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer.
- Regrettably, credit cards are not accepted.
- Prices are subject to annual adjustments and change without prior notification.
- The house is let out as a unit and the rooms cannot be hired individually.
- No smoking is permitted indoors.
- No pets are allowed
