Please note the following terms & conditions

• We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
• All deposits are non-refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival and only if the house has been re-let.
• Bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights, except for long week ends and the December/January peak season.
• Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer.
• Regrettably, credit cards are not accepted.
• Prices are subject to annual adjustments and change without prior notification.
• The house is let out as a unit and the rooms cannot be hired individually.
• No smoking is permitted indoors.
• No pets are allowed
• REFUNDABLE KEY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
  R1 500 key/breakage deposit is required with your final accommodation payment. This deposit may be used for any possible breakages or should an alternative claim arise.
  The key/breakage deposit will be refunded to your bank account by EFT, within 3 working days, after the safe return of the keys and if no breakages or damages were reported.
